Got curry?
Sunday should be a real bonanza for Thai food enthusiasts in L.A. The Thai New Year Songkran Festival starts at 10 a.m., and it is promising a Singha Beer Garden, lots of food vendors and loads and loads of curry.

The LA Curry Festival is touting “all things curry from main dishes to desserts, mild to flaming hot, savory to sweet, and soupy to crispy.” Hey, what’s better than one-stop shopping?
The action will be on Hollywood Boulevard between Western and Vermont avenues, with most events near Western and the two Thai Apsonsi Angel statues. If you can’t take public transit, here is the parking situation.
