since you are a food blog…a and b have partially hydrogenated oils which are basically poison thus should not be eaten. i won’t comment on c. but i’m glad there is a new food blog based on the westside – welcome
Thanks for reading, Diane.
Diane’s no fun!
(just kidding – if she’s missing a funny bone)
Samoas – definitely!
The Samoas are my guilty pleasure, too.
It’s Samoas all the way
Dude, Samoas, but you’re right, they’re poison. My favorites were discontinued, they were these sugar cookie deals… I mourned their loss many years ago.
Wow! You Westsiders really like your coconut! I love thin mints, though my favorite back when I was in Brownies was the peanut butter-chocolate ones. Not sure if they still make those. I would just eat the PB off the top and toss the cookie part. These days it’s easy for me to avoid the temptation – I don’t get girlscouts at my house!
That’s funny, the peanut butter ones are my second favorite after Somoas, and I used to do the same scraping thing with my teeth. The peanut butter part was much better than the cookie part.
